Through the art of natural henna, Katie creates meaningful, calming, and intentional relationship with you. You will feel a deeper appreciate for the skin you are in. Each design is a one-of-a-kind, unique creation for you, your body, your path, and life experience. Henna transforms your spirit and self-view into a deeper appreciation for yourself, your life and your gifts. Katie’s yoga classes are a creative blend of hatha yoga, yin yoga and fundamentals yoga. Katie incorporates a slow yet steady pace, breath work and positivity into her classes. Through the practice of yoga, Katie has learned deeper appreciation for herself, her environment, and her sacred temple. And guess what, YOU can, too!

Creative Wellness blending YOGA + HENNA with Katie

Katie is a yogini and yoga teacher. She is currently assisting in a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with Elements Wellness Retreats. Katie is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Art with and emphasis in Classical Oil Painting.

Katie’s yoga teaching focuses on breathing, gentle hatha style asana, and she incorporates creative wellness opportunities into her classes. Katie is standing among a group of other very talented teachers and creatives while she teaches and holds space for you during this training.

There are still spaces available to join on your own yoga journey. This is great for those currently practicing yoga or those who are brand new and curious to learn more. This program is great for those who wish to deepen their own practice, or become yoga teachers themselves to help others discover the benefits of incorporating this lifestyle. This program ends with a unity graduation retreat in beautiful Costa Rica! Featuring natural henna body art lasting up to two weeks. Each design is a hand-drawn, free-style, intuitive piece of wearable art that is a custom creation just for you. Katie uses only her own hand-mixed organic henna paste. Receive the henna design of your dreams at a pop-culture shop in a German themed Alpine town. Walk-ins are warmly welcomed and appointments are accepted via sending a message by clicking here. Katie will be at Jester’s Magic Dragon from every day of the week in the afternoons and evenings. If it is raining, Katie does not offer henna due to the nature of henna aftercare. Please contact Katie with any questions!
